Cheap New World Gold Aeternum the Eternal Isle and setting for Amazon’s upcoming MMO New World always looks interesting to me at first glance. An island populated by explorers of all cultures all seeking the treasures and hidden secrets of what makes the land deathless is something very alluring. Exploring New World’s new region Reekwater however gave the 17th Century setting a grittier sheen. Covered in swampland overgrowth and dotted with occasional ruins and shanty towns Amazon Game Studios gave media a glimpse at the MMO’s endgame area earlier this week – and it left me still torn over what to think about the experience as a whole.
As with most games of its nature New World opens up with a character creator. It features all of the expected areas (face skin tone hair) but nothing surrounding character traits or abilities which we’ll get into later. While in the character creator I was a bit underwhelmed with New World’s graphics quality. MMO’s aren’t known for their visuals but it definitely felt a bit outdated. Luckily I’m sure it’s something the developers are working on for full release.

Reekwater is in essence a haunted bayou that threatens to kill the player at every turn. Whether it be alpha wolves ghostly pirates or monstrous plant tentacles players exploring Reekwater should expect danger at all times. Yet the introduction of fishing and rare fishing holes makes it easy for those fears to fade away. Venturing across Reekwater is a ton of fun but stopping every once in a while to take a load off and fish is what makes New World feel unique compared to other MMOs. It's fun for players to fight and test their strength against elemental bears but it's also nice to pitch a tent in the hollow of a massive tree.
The most distinctive thing about Reekwater visually is the sheer variety and amount of foliage on display. When I spawned into the area all I saw was green in every direction Buy New World Gold and the designers did a great job of making the zone feel just barely touched by humanity with nature clearly the dominant force. There are wrecked ships scattered about a developing central settlement with quest givers and plenty of explorers sloshing about the swamps but the area feels wild and lush nonetheless. The environments look impressive when compared to other games with similar areas which often feel too sparse open and flat. Reekwater feels overgrown and full of life and it invites exploration.
All in all New World's Reekwater is a fantastic experience. After only a couple of hours of play the darkest depths of Aeturnum continue to call the player back. New World can be an addicting experience and is gearing up to be a fantastic MMO from Amazon Game Studios. If the rest of Aeturnum is as interesting and lively as Reekwater then players will have a lot to look forward to when New World is released in 2021.
